Bathroom products need attention to mounting, connection sizes, dimensions, finishes and accessory compatibility. A basin, cabinet, tap and waste fitting may come from different suppliers. Ask the project team to confirm that the proposed set works together before ordering bulk quantities.
For ceramic and finished surfaces, agree the appearance criteria and packaging requirements. For taps, valves and related fittings, the product requirements and destination documentation need specialist confirmation. Connect approvals to production and shipment
A project tracker should show which items are quoted, sampled, approved, in production, inspected and ready to collect. Long-lead products need early decisions; late changes to a finish or dimension can delay more than the item itself.
For heavy or fragile materials, compare the packing and shipment plan alongside unit cost. Carton, crate and pallet dimensions affect space usage, handling and unloading. The destination team should confirm how the cargo will be received and stored on arrival.
